While large numbers of both men and women have had great success on the Herbalife diet, it is important to know how to go about getting the best results from the Herbalife weight loss program.

The Herbalife Diet is based on meal replacement shakes. These shakes are designed to replace two of your regular meals, while the third meal, either lunch or dinner,  consists of regular food. While the third meal is largely a matter of choice, it should not consist of a meal which is high in fat or excessive carbohydrates.
