All Herbalife product orders are sent within 24 hours of ordering. If the order is placed by 4:00PM Eastern Time, that order will be sent out the same day and received the next business day. Otherwise, it will be sent the day after the order is placed. If the order is placed on a weekend, the order is sent on Monday morning.
All items are sent by Express Post and are able to be tracked online. On the rare occasion that an item is not in stock on our shelves, we may send the order direct from the Herbalife Warehouse in which case it is delivered by Startrack Express. Delivery time varies for these orders. For orders sent via the warehouse this is a guide top delivery times. Note that this is only usually for skin care product orders.
