I decided to try Herbalife's Belly Buster Challenge in the hopes of fitting into a too-small heirloom dress I'd just inherited for an upcoming event, but didn't hold up much hope. At 22 I'm usually happy to be a size 10/12, but I hadn't successfully lost weight on a diet since I was 16 years old (and I'd tried more than once). I suspected this diet attempt would go like the others and this dress would be in the back of the wardrobe forever.
However, I found the 10 day programme very easy to stick to and lost 3kg in that short time.
