The Best Exercise for Losing Belly Fat

You may think that strenuous exerise at the gym is the best way to burn off fat but in fact it's a much milder form of exercise that anybody can do.
And that exercise is walking!
However, you need to make sure that it's not just a short walk and that you take the walk well after eating. After 30 minutes of walking you've burnt off the sugars stored in your liver as glycogen and you start burning fat. So ideally you should be walking for about 1 hour each day if possible.
For this to work effectively you should make sure you walk on pretty much an empty stomach, otherwise you'll just be burning the calories that you just ate and it won't be anywhere near as effective.
